Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 can artichoke drained & chopped
10 oz spinach, thawed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan
2 1/4 Monterrey Jack, shredded
minced garlic

Directions:
Blend all well. Bake at 325 for 15-30 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup monterrey jack cheese.
